Rebate Terms and Conditions

These Rebate Terms and Conditions govern the issuance of rebates offered by Fortified Energy Systems Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Fortified Energy," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with the purchase of the Environmental Power Unit (epu™). These terms outline how customers ("Participants") can qualify for total rebates up to $2,900, reducing the epu™'s Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $14,950.

Eligibility and Participation

Participation in this Rebate Program is contingent upon the purchase of an epu™ from Fortified Energy Systems Inc. and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions herein.

Rebate Components and Conditions

1. Affiliate Program Sign-Up

  • Rebate Amount:$1,000
  • Condition:Participants who enroll in the Affiliate Program at the point of epu™ purchase and accept the program’s terms and conditions are eligible for an immediate $1,000 rebate.
  • You must ACTIVATE your profile in the portal:https://makemoney.environmentalpowerunit.com
  • By activating your account you will be able to make $200 -to over $600 per referral.
  • Step by step instructions will be found in the portal.

2. First Video Review (Social Media)

  • Rebate Amount:$500
  • Platforms:Eligible platforms include Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profile of Fortified Energy.
  • Content Requirements: The video review should focus on at least one of the following aspects of the epu™:
    • Fuel savings, comfortable sleeping environment, easy installation, energy innovation, maintenance-free experience, return on investment, driver or owner satisfaction, or a video tutorial on how the epu™ works or its installation.
  • Approval and Posting Process: Participants must first share the video review privately with Fortified Energy via Facebook Messenger, email, or a cloud storage service for approval.

    https://www.instagram.com/epu2025/ Upon approval, the video must be posted on their personal social media profile and shared in professional trucking groups where the participant is a member.
  • The video must be tagged with all of those:

  • and remain publicly accessible for no less than two years.
  • Compliance:Unauthorized posting of video content without prior approval will lead to termination of the rebate and the contract, and may be subject to collection actions.

3. Second Video Review (Different Network)

  • Rebate Amount:$200
  • Condition:Participants must post a second video review on a different platform from the first within the same two-week time frame, adhering to the same content, tagging, and duration requirements as the first video review.

4. Unmounting Current APU

  • Rebate Amount:$1,200
  • Condition:Participants must provide video evidence of the unmounting of their current Auxiliary Power Unit (APU), displaying the truck's VIN and the APU’s ID number. Additionally, a receipt confirming the removal by a certified technician must be submitted within 30 days of the epu™ purchase.

Video Content Usage Agreement

  • By submitting any video content under this Rebate Program, participants grant Fortified Energy an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, broadcast, and publish such content, including any images, likenesses, or voices contained therein, for promotional, marketing, or any other business purposes.
  • Participants expressly waive any claims to privacy, intellectual property rights, or other legal or moral rights in relation to the submitted video content that might preclude Fortified Energy from using the content or require Fortified Energy to seek permission or compensate participants for using the content.

Rebate Processing

  • Rebates are conditional on the approval of submitted content by Fortified Energy, ensuring adherence to the terms set out herein. Approved rebates will be issued directly to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

General Provisions

  • Fortified Energy reserves the unilateral right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rebate Program, in whole or in part, or any individual's participation therein, without prior notice and without obligation or liability to participants.
  • These Rebate Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time; such amendments become effective immediately upon being posted to our website.
  • Participants shall at all times comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, regulations, and orders that are applicable to these Rebate Terms and Conditions and its performance hereunder.
  • Nothing in these Rebate Terms and Conditions creates any agency, joint venture, partnership, or other form of joint enterprise, employment, or fiduciary relationship between the parties. Participant is an independent contractor. Neither party has any express or implied right or authority to assume or create any obligations on behalf of or in the name of the other party or to bind the other party to any contract, agreement, or undertaking with any third party.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Rebate Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved through arbitration. The parties each agree to select an arbitrator by mutual agreement within 30 days of a dispute arising. If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator within this period, each party shall select one arbitrator, and the two arbitrators shall select a third arbitrator, who will serve as the sole arbitrator for the dispute.
